Important Sponsorship Information
As with all book signing events, there will be changes to the line-up. Ballgowns and Books Event do everything possible to ensure authors are fully committed to the event before they are announced but unfortunately life happens sometimes.
Becoming a sponsor of Ballgowns and Books Event 2023 held on 9th and 10th of June 2023 at the Sydney's ICC means you accept and understand that Ballgowns and Books Event cannot be held responsible for any changes to the author line-up. It also means that once your sponsorship request has been accepted and reconfirmed in writing by the Ballgowns and Books Team you have fully committed to becoming one of the sponsors; no refunds will be issued at a later stage.
The list of sponsorship options on the next page is complete as of 07.10.22 however more sponsorship options might become available at a later stage. Once an option has sold out it will be removed from the list.
All prices shown are in Australian Dollar. US Dollar prices are estimations and were correct at the time of publishing the form. Payment will have to be made in Australian Dollar.

Ballgowns and Books Event endeavor to sell 1250 tickets. By ticking this box I understand and agree that actual ticket sales might vary and the prices quoted above do not vary depending on actual tickets sold per category.
PLEASE NOTE: Any BABE sponsor contributing a combined total of $5,000 to $10,000 will be marked as a Major BABE Sponsor.
A combined sponsorship total of $10,000+ will be marked as an Epic BABE Sponsor and showered with gratitude from Team BABE for helping make this event even more magical than we imagined.

Donate to the VIP Bags
Donations are for 250 VIP bags. For non-book items (such as pens, candles, lip balms, other swag) we request quantities of 250 to keep the contents of bags equal. For book donations we are requesting these be donated in blocks of 50. Please note: all donations must be received by Team BABE a minimum of 2 weeks before the event

This sponsorship request remains tentative until reconfirmed by the Ballgowns and Books Event Team. Upon acceptance an invoice will be issued payable within three working days to the invoice address below. The request remains tentative until the invoice has been paid.
